Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design work, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a project has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed within 24 hours of purchase.
If a client decides to cancel after concepts, revisions, or creative development have already started, partial refunds are not guaranteed because time and creative labor have already been invested.
Brandon Stlewis Designs will always communicate clearly about scope, turnaround, revisions, and delivery before work begins so both sides have aligned expectations.

By purchasing a package or submitting an inquiry, clients agree to provide clear project information, respond in a timely manner, and review deliverables within reasonable business timelines.
Brandon Stlewis Designs retains the right to pause or reschedule work if required information, approvals, or client feedback are delayed. Final files are delivered after payment is completed according to the agreed package scope.
Any work requested beyond the listed package scope may require a custom quote, timeline adjustment, or additional payment before delivery.

Information submitted through the contact form, checkout process, or direct email is used only for communication, project planning, invoicing, and service delivery.
Brandon Stlewis Designs does not sell or share client information for unrelated marketing purposes. Payment information is processed through third-party providers such as PayPal and is subject to their own privacy and security policies.
