BSD uses contact and project information only to respond to inquiries, plan work, prepare quotes, send project updates, and deliver services. Payment details are handled by payment providers and are not stored on this website.
Form submissions may be routed through BSD's serverless endpoints, email providers, or FormSubmit fallback delivery. Do not submit passwords, card numbers, or highly sensitive documents through the public contact form.
Terms of Service
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand assets, written content, access details, and timely feedback. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote before it begins.
Custom work timelines depend on client response time, asset readiness, revision scope, third-party platform access, and technical requirements.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Custom design and development work is generally non-refundable once planning, design, development, or file preparation has started. If work has not started, refund or cancellation requests may be reviewed within 24 hours of payment.
Deposits, rush fees, third-party platform fees, purchased assets, domain costs, and completed deliverables may be non-refundable.
Cookie Policy
This website uses local browser storage to remember cookie notice acceptance and intro display preference. PayPal may load its own scripts, cookies, or frames only when payment checkout is available or requested. Google Fonts are loaded for typography.
